Book Spotlight - Jingle All the Way by Debbie Macomber

With the holiday season fast approaching..I'm looking forward to reading Debbie Macomber's new Christmas book!  It sounds very interesting - and a great way to begin the Christmas Season!

Expected publication: October 13th, 2020 by Ballantine Books

From: debbiemacomber.com

Love can transform even the best-laid plans in this heartfelt Christmas novel from #1 New York Times bestselling author Debbie Macomber.

Trapped in the middle of five siblings, Everly Lancaster always had big dreams. Now a top real-estate executive, Everly finds her work is her life, leaving no space for anything (or anyone) else. Sensing her stress, Everly’s boss insists she take December off. At first, a month away seems crazy—how will the company survive without her? But Everly’s mother convinces her otherwise. She deserves a vacation—plus, when she returns, she’ll have no excuse to skip family Christmas like she did last year.

But after her vengeful assistant books a guided cruise in the Amazon instead of the luxury beach vacation she expected, Everly is horrified to realize that she’s about to spend the next two weeks trapped—with no Wi-Fi!—in the rain forest. Not even Asher Adams, the ship’s charming naturalist, can convince Everly that the trip will be unforgettable. Slowly but surely, she realizes he is right: the sights are spectacular. And with each passing day, Everly’s relationship with Asher deepens, forcing her to take a long, hard look at her priorities.

Spotlight: Booksleeves from Bookmarksical

I hope everyone is doing well!

Recently, I was scrolling thru Instagram, and I saw a post for Booksleeves.
The Instagram account is called bookmarksical, and I enjoyed looking at all of the different photos!
Her Etsy shop is called Bookmarksical.  I'm so glad that I discovered this shop!
I ordered a Booksleeve from her shop, and I love it!

If you like reading e-books, the owner of the shop told me that the 7" Kindle Fire and Kindle Paperwhite would fit nicely in the small booksleeves. Anything larger than that would probably be best in a Medium.
If you use a cover for your tablet or have any questions about sizing...please check the dimensions of the book sleeve that you are interested in or contact Andi thru her Etsy shop ( linked above ).

( The book below is a mass paperback size, the size of book sleeve is small )

Bookmarksical also offers other products, including bookmarks and mug rugs!

Join Bookmarksical for her #sleevesforacause campaign!
$3.00 from each of the sleeves in the listing below will be donated to the Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance.
She is doing this campaign not only to raise funds for Ovarian Cancer research but to bring awareness to the fact that September is Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month.
At the end of September, or once all book sleeves are sold..
( whichever comes first ) she will make a one-time donation to Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance.

Visit Bookmarksical  for unique gifts!
The owner of this shop told me that she is trying to make her shop a place where bookworms can come and find unique things to help create their perfect bookworm heaven.

Some designs may be limited!  Shop early!

The items in this Etsy shop would make perfect gifts!

Christmas is just 3 short months away!

Visit her website at bookmarksical.com to find all of her social media platforms!

In the twelfth Cupcake Bakery Mystery from New York Times bestselling author Jenn McKinlay, the Fairy Tale Cupcake crew follows the clever crumb trail of a killer who's anything but cookie-cutter.

Life is all sugar and spice for the Fairy Tale Cupcake bakers—Melanie Cooper is engaged to the delectable Joe DeLaura, Angie Harper and her husband Tate are savoring married life, and the bakery is bustling with happy customers. Until one of their most valued cupcake connoisseurs ends up dead.

Local glass artist and cupcake lover Rene Fischer-Klein has always suffered from a wide variety of health issues. In an effort to cheer her up, her doting husband, Peter, brings her a four-pack of her favorite cupcakes every week. But when the police discover that Rene has been poisoned, there's no sugarcoating the fact that the last things she ate were the bakery's signature pumpkin spice cupcakes! With their lives and bakery at stake, it's up to Mel and Angie to find out who poisoned their artist friend and why, before their future is frosted for good.

Book Spotlight - Hideaway by Nora Roberts

Hideaway by Nora Roberts

Hideaway by Nora Roberts

A family ranch in Big Sur country and a legacy of Hollywood royalty set the stage for Nora Roberts’ emotional new suspense novel, Hideaway.

Caitlyn Sullivan had come from a long line of Hollywood royalty, stretching back to her Irish immigrant great-grandfather. At nine, she was already a star—yet still an innocent child who loved to play hide and seek with her cousins at the family home in Big Sur. It was during one of those games that she disappeared.

Some may have considered her a pampered princess, but Cate was in fact a smart, scrappy fighter, and she managed to escape her abductors. Dillon Cooper was shocked to find the bloodied, exhausted girl huddled in his house—but when the teenager and his family heard her story they provided refuge, reuniting her with her loved ones.
