My Grandmother made me 2 Quilts which I treasure! I do not have a good picture of them, but one is done in shades of blue, and one is done in shades of brown. This week I'm reading "The Wanderer" by Robyn Carr. Several friends of mine have joined me for a Book tour for this book that starts August 5th and runs thru August 8th, I'm looking forward to it! Joining

I had the pleasure as a girl actually sitting in on a fundraising quilting bee with my Nana and the church ladies auxiliary group and oddly, it ended up being one of the quilts I inherited and cherish today!

ReplyDeleteI have a knit blanket my grandmother made me, and one for each child but the youngest (sadly they never met), and I cherish all of them.
