Do you love Quilts?

Quilts have been on my mind today,  I love Quilts and all things "Quilted"!

My Grandmother made me 2 Quilts which I treasure!  I do not have a good picture of them, but one is done in shades of blue, and one is done in shades of brown. I have a Pinterest board with lots of wonderful Quilts and Quilted items, and this is one of my favorite "quilting" sites  http://www.psiquilt.com/

This week I'm reading "The Wanderer" by Robyn Carr.  Several friends of mine have joined me for a Book tour for this book that starts
August 5th and runs thru August 8th, I'm looking forward to it!

MJ - There is a way thru my blog profile to go in and add the part ( at the bottom of my email posts ) for the "read the rest.." part. ( I've thought about re-wording it, but havent yet ) =)

  9. I had the pleasure as a girl actually sitting in on a fundraising quilting bee with my Nana and the church ladies auxiliary group and oddly, it ended up being one of the quilts I inherited and cherish today!

  12. I absolutely do love quilts. I have made one for all of the kids.

I have a knit blanket my grandmother made me, and one for each child but the youngest (sadly they never met), and I cherish all of them.

The quilts you've shown here are really nice!
