Review: Should've been a Cowboy by Vickie Lewis Thompson

June 2011 ~ Harlequin Blaze
ISBN: 978-0-373-796229
Sons of Chance Series Book # 4

Party organizer Tyler Connelli is on the fast track to her dream career. She’s so close she can almost taste it. But when she returns to her family and sees her one-night stand, Alex Keller, all done up in his cowboy gear, her self-control is stretched to the breaking point....
They’re worlds apart. She’s a busy career girl, and Alex is a cowboy. But while getting together might not bode well for anything longterm, it more than makes up for it in sheer hot chemistry! Problem is, this is one wrangler she might want to get tied down—and tied up—to...indefinitely!

-----------------------------------------------

This was my first Harlequin "Blaze" book.
I enjoyed the story between Tyler and Alex.
They had first met at a wedding, and there was "instant attraction"....!
When Tyler visits her sister and runs into Alex again,
their attraction is still strong. They try to
stay away from each other...in order to focus on a job
 they are working on together.
If you like steamy romances, with a western theme background - you should check out this "Sons of Chance" series!

This author has two other series.
Ive read two of her "Nerd" books,  and
really enjoyed them! They are so funny!
The ones that I read are titled:
"Nerd in Shining Armour" and "Nerds like it Hot"

I give this book 3 stars!
I really enjoy books by Vickie Lewis Thompson!

  1. Thanks for the recommendation, Melissa. It's been a while since I read a Harlequin Blaze book but this one looks like fun. And, I kind of have a thing for steamy westerns :)
