I recently found Fabric Creations Fran on Etsy..she has some wonderful Quilted Bookmarks and other items that are so cute!

Fran told me that some of her bookmarks have beads, and some have tassels. She uses a variety of fabrics for her bookmarks and she can do custom bookmarks such as fruit for a Cookbook.

Her bookmarks are quilted with Cotton Batting between the layers for the

My thoughts....

~ When Noah moves to Virgin River to renovate the abandoned church in Virgin River, he realizes that he will need an assistant. After interviewing several ladies, he hires Ellie Baldwin.

Ellie is trying to get her 2 children back from her ex-husband and needs a good job.

I found Ellie to be straight-forward and I liked her spirit!

While helping Noah out with the church, they form a friendship with each other.

I also think the friendship that Ellie forms with her neighbor /landlord turns out to be very helpful with her situation and her family.

This is a great romance book with a little bit of suspense and drama woven thru the story.

I give it 5 stars!!

Im a big fan of Debbie Macombers books, I read
1225 Christmas Tree Lane last month during the Christmas season.
This book is a wonderful addition to the Cedar Cove series, I have really enjoyed all of the books in this series, and I was very anxious to read this book!
I love the way that Beth helps find homes for the puppies that were left on
her doorstep, the puppies sound so cute!
Beth's Daughters would love to see her reunite with her ex-husband ( their father ) and they work to have the whole family together at Christmas time.

However, along the way, there are some suprise guests!....

I enjoyed reading about all of the Cedar Cove characters eagerly awaiting

Christmas in this heartfelt addition to the Cedar Cove story!

Jason is also a Vet, and when they find a hurt dog in the neighborhood, he is able to take care of him..

I think its cute that Carrie acts as a "match-maker" between Jason and her Mom, because she thinks that her Mom needs a guy in her life.

After Charlotte gets to know Jason and his family, she realizes what a great guy he is -

and the Romance blossoms...

The second part of "The Manning Grooms" is called "Same time, next year"

** James Wilkens and Summer Lawton meet in Las Vegas. Summer is getting over a
breakup and James tells her that "time will help"..They agree to meet one year later..
( same place and time )
Their friendship quickly turns into more..
I enjoyed the way that James and Summer get to know each other, and the way that
they blend their lives together despite some stumbling blocks in their living situations..

I originally started my business selling chocolate spoons to stir in your coffee- that backfired when June came around and my chocolate spoons started to melt in the Arizona heat on the way to the post office! So I quickly had to think of something different to make. That's when I started to make handbags out of books. I immediately knew it was something I loved to do from picking out the books, matching it with fabric and sewing... it's more of an addiction now!

I'm happy to say that I'm busier than ever and am starting to gear up for the Christmas season. A lot of my handbags are "Made to Order" and take about a week to complete, however I do have some handbags that are already pre-made and ready to ship. Sometimes people have books they own that they would like to be turned into handbags and they ship them to me! It really is something I Love to do and hope to one day quit my day time job and focus just on my handbags, ereader covers and Ipad covers!

I enjoy his books, and would recommend them to anyone that likes romance and intriguing storylines.

Im currently reading 1105 Yakima Street ( #11 in the Cedar Cove series ) by Debbie Macomber. This is a wonderful series, and I have enjoyed all of the books about "Cedar Cove"! In this book, we continue the story line of Bruce and Rachel, Charlotte and Olivia and all of the other well known characters of this series. There are so many events going on in the first part of the book, its so hard to put down! I love the "small town" feel of this book, the characters are so warm and supportive!

The next Love Inspired book that I plan on reading is called "Love Comes Home" by Terri Reed.

Its called The Bride Quartet series by Nora Roberts.
The first book is Vision in White, the 2nd book is called Bed of Roses,
the 3rd book is Savor the Moment, and the 4th book is Happy Ever After.
The series is about 4 friends that have known each other since Childhood. They love weddings and have the chance to form a business all about Weddings called "Vows".

Ive recently started " The Diva runs out of Thyme" by Krista Davis. This is a first in a cozy mystery series, and I really like it!

"Silver Bells " by Debbie Macomber. This is about a divorced fathers daughter that hopes her dad will marry Carrie ( who happens to live in their building ) and she does some "matchmaking" to get the two together.
The Perfect Holiday is by Sherryl Woods - A Single Mom
( Savannah ) inherits a old Inn from her Aunt, and she proceeds to fix up the inn with her Daughter. They meet Trace ( who was a friend of her Aunts ) ~ and the Romance starts between them. It seems like a very sweet Holiday story.
Under the Christmas Tree ~Robyn Carr's books are new to me, I enjoyed her part of this book ( its part of the Virgin Series..)
Update: I have finished this book, and Im still working on the review of all of the stories. =) If you have read this book, what did you think of it?

I enjoy this cozy mystery series by Monica Ferris. Its centered around a Needlecraft shop, and the customers usually lend a helping hand to solve the mysteries.
The storyline had me wondering "who did it"..until the end of the book.

The boat sank in 1949, the victim on board was a woman, and near the body is a piece of unidentified lace like fabric. Sounds like a job for Betsy Devonshire! Betsy knows there's more to this story than what's on the surface. And once she and patrons of her needlecraft shop start lending a hand, they're sure to stitch together the details ...

The first one is called Denim and Diamonds, where a Rancher and one of his past loves meet together, years after their relationship had started.
but this time, Letty has a heart condition and a little girl.

The second story is called The Wyoming Kid. In this story, Lettys brother ( Lonnie )
meets his "match" in a lady named Joy Fuller.

Both of these stories include all of the wonderful family traditions and values, and hometown spirit that Debbie Macomber is known for.
I enjoyed this book!

Wow! Its been a busy Summer! I havent posted in a while, so I thought I would add 2 more books to my Blog List.
The first one is: "Summer on Blossom Street" by Debbie Macomber
Lydia is the owner of the Needlecraft Store ( A Good Yarn ) on Blossom Street. She
offers a Class called Knit to Quit. Several people in the Community join her Class, and they all have different reasons "to quit".
I really enjoyed this book.

I also finished Texan for the Holidays ( a Harlequin American Romance book ).
This was a very enjoyable funny story! I like the Harlequin American series and I have more on my "to be read" stack of books.
While Scarlett is riding thru town, her car breaks down. She is a Hairstylist on her way to California. While her car is being repaired in a small town, she meets and falls for a local lawyer. James dosent think he will be able to keep Scarlett in town long enough for them to get to know each other..however, her car repairs take longer than expected, and Love grows between them! I would recommend this book! :D

Hometown Courtship by Diann Hunt is a wonderful Love Inspired story.

Callie and Brad meet in a unusual way thru Brad's brother, a Judge. Callie ends up working with Brad on building a home for a Community Service, and she really enjoys the work. She loves her family and also works in the family business as a Hair Stylist.
Brad and Callie have both had loss in their lives, but I really like the way that they find a romance together.
Callie must decide if staying with her family is better for her, or following her heart.

Im a big fan of Debbie Macombers books and have read all of the Cedar Cove series,
including her latest one called 92 Pacific Boulevard. It centers around Troy the Sheriff, and different problems in Cedar Cove. It also continues the relationship with Troy and Faith. I like the "small-town" feel of this series and the way that the story line continues with other characters as well. If you havent read the Cedar Cove series, you might want to check it out!

Just finished reading the first in the Savannah Reid series by G. A. McKevett. I loved it!
Savannah Reid is a plus-sized private investigator in southern California. The book has some very funny moments, and the main character certainly has some "steamy thoughts" sometimes..but these thoughts are written very "low-key". I plan to read more in this series! If you like cozy mysteries, you will love these books!

I have also read Chocolate Chip Cookie Murder ( enjoyed it also! ) plus..I have 4 more of Joanne Fluke's books on my to be read shelf.

This is a very cute, fast read, and I enjoyed it very much! This is the first book that I have read by Miranda Bliss, and I plan to read the others in this series.
